Mitch Williams
Mitch Williams is an active member of our local veterans’ community, a retired US Army Command Sergeant Major, and a former NAVFOC Board member. Mitch also works for the Alabama VA Clinic in Huntsville. He works hard to improve the quality of life and waiting at the clinic. One way he does this is requesting donations of coffee and supplies from local veteran organizations. NAVFOC is able to donate 4 months of the year. It costs approximately $150 a month and adds so much to the lives of the veterans who have to spend time at the clinic. No matter the time of day you go by the clinic you’ll see some of them sitting around the table in the snack area, drinking coffee and swapping stories.

Mitch cares about the people he serves at the clinic, just like he cared about the people he served when he wore a uniform. And we’re happy we get to help just a little.
